What You’ll Be Doing in This Role As a HR Business Partner, you’ll be right at the heart of our mission to preserve life. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Analyze and evaluate leadership development programs to increase adoption, improve the leadership capability across the organization and manage the success of leadership programs utilizing the appropriate metrics. Collaborate closely with the VP Commercial in developing forward-looking HR strategy and talent management plans to attract, retain, develop, and engage diverse talent to enable Commercial success. Lead critical talent and future-capability planning activities to ensure business is well prepared for growth amid a highly competitive talent market. Leverage HR analytics and dashboards to encourage the continuous improvement of talent and business capabilities, KPIs, and to influence and measure meaningful change. Build a robust understanding of industry, market, and functional trends, crafting business-specific talent strategies driven by data insights and strategic planning.
