About the Role: Reporting to the Director, Student Equity, Safety and Wellbeing, this senior leadership role is responsible for leading and managing the Student Counselling and Mental Health team across VU campuses. You will oversee clinical counselling practice, drive the implementation of the Student Mental Health and Wellbeing Plan, manage external partnerships, and provide expert advice on student mental health risk. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality, ethical and responsive mental health services that align with VU’s strategic priorities and legislative requirements.
