You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, drive technical excellence, mentor emerging talent and contribute to a variety of projects across Australia and New Zealand. How you'll make a difference Lead the design and delivery of ICT and Electronic Security systems across major building projects, from client briefing through to construction phase support and inspections. Develop detailed technical solutions including structured cabling systems, wireless networks, CCTV, electronic access control, intruder alarms, perimeter intrusion detection, Type 1A Security Alarm Systems and cyber security frameworks. Manage stakeholder engagement, project costing, technology road mapping, tender responses and business development opportunities. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants, fostering quality assurance and a high-performance team culture. Collaborate with multidisciplinary Buildings + Places teams and the national Technology Advisory group to deliver integrated, future-ready solutions.
