Realizar la cobranza domiciliaria de las cuentas asignadas a fin de alcanzar los objetivos de recuperación. Cumplir con el número de visitas domiciliarias establecidas, así como las metas de productividad asignadas a fin de estar alineado a las políticas de recuperación vigentes. Negociar con el cliente ofreciendo alternativas de pago a fin de obtener acuerdos solidos que beneficien al cliente e impacten en el alcance del objetivo mensual definido. Elaborar diariamente rutas de cobranza con el objetivo de hacer más eficientes los recursos y apoyos otorgados.
