BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of experience as an Intelligence Specialist
• 1+ years of experience as a Curriculum Developer
• Experience and proficiency using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to develop, update, manage, and integrate training content
• Experience creating performance-based technical training to include practical applications and assessments to measure trainee performance and knowledge retention
• Knowledge and skill in interpersonal communications with civilian and military personnel, including oral briefings or presentations, listening techniques, and developing written material, especially technical reports documenting research and analysis performed
• Knowledge of DoD and Navy guidance documents used in the development of task-based curriculum.
• Knowledge of learning tools, modalities, and how to select teaching methods appropriate for the course audience
• Knowledge of measurement tools or methods used to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training interventions
• TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Assist in the implementation of emergent Intelligence Community (IC) training capabilities. Assist with training development functions and analysis of Department of Defense (DoD) and Joint training publications to identify potential revisions needed to legacy curriculum material. Work with key stakeholders to ensure training initiatives are embedded across institutional, operational, and self-development domains. Execute the implementation of training strategies and learning concepts. Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders, technical experts, and operational colleagues. Build critical training materials for advanced learners who are motivated to grow their skills.
