Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Planning and Quantity Surveying Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on developing project schedules, managing quantities, identifying risks, and collaborating with Commercial, Project Delivery, Project Control, and Contract Management teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
• Assist in cost baselining, cash flow forecasting, and progress claims preparation.
• Identify and address risks, including supporting the preparation of claims and EOT documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to maintain alignment across teams.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports, variance analyses, and project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning and/or quantity surveying within dynamic project environments.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other relevant planning tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results within tight deadlines.
