Your tasks

The research focuses on the implementation of risk-adapted prostate cancer screening. It investigates how to effectively reach men and what role medical practices and pharmacies in Bremen can play in its implementation. This research is part of national and international research projects and is conducted in close cooperation with the Department of Clinical Epidemiology (Prof. Dr. Ulrike Haug).

Your tasks include:

• Conducting and evaluating focus group discussions
• Establishment of a network of doctors and pharmacies in Bremen
• Planning and execution of a feasibility study for the implementation of prostate cancer screening
• Writing reports and scientific publications

Our requirements

• Completed medical studies or a master's degree in epidemiology or comparable fields of study
• Knowledge in the field of population-based screening procedures
• Experience in networking
• Secure communication with medical professionals
• Prior experience in population-based empirical studies
• Very good German and English skills
