Du analysierst Kundenbedarfe und entwickelst gemeinsam mit internen Fachbereichen individuelle Lösungsansätze für Ladeinfrastrukturprojekte. Du begleitest Kundenprojekte bereits in einer sehr frühen Phase, von der Bedarfsermittlung und Machbarkeitsanalyse über die Konzeptentwicklung bis hin zur Angebotspräsentation und anschließenden Projektumsetzung. Du positionierst Dich als vertrauenswürdiger Berater und unterstützt Kunden bei strategischen Entscheidungen rund um Elektromobilität, Infrastrukturentwicklung und Depotkonzepte. Du koordinierst die Erstellung von Angeboten, Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen und technischen Lösungskonzepten und fungierst dabei als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern. Du stellst die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten sicher und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit aller relevanten Projektbeteiligten (z.B. Bauleitern und Fachplanern). Du begleitest auch komplexe Infrastrukturprojekte, beispielsweise die Erweiterung von Betriebshöfen oder den Aufbau neuer Werkstatt- und Ladeinfrastrukturstandorte. Du identifizierst geeignete Förderprogramme und unterstützt Kunden bei der Beantragung und Umsetzung entsprechender Fördermaßnahmen. Dein Profil Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Business Development, Key Account Management oder in der Betreuung komplexer Kundenprojekte mit erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten oder Dienstleistungen. Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium, alternativ eine kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung. Du bringst Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Investitionsgütern, Infrastrukturprojekten, technischen Systemlösungen oder beratungsintensiven Dienstleistungen mit.
