Experience:

• F&B Assistant Manager: 2 years (Required)

• Assist the F&B Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising daily food and beverage operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, sanitation, and health and safety regulations.
• Manage and train F&B staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing budget and cost controls.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to boost F&B revenue.
• Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational issues for senior management.
