The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Assist in managing the end-to-end uniform design and production process, from concept development to final delivery. * Coordinate with vendors to ensure designs meet brand aesthetics and functional requirements. * Monitor production timelines and quality standards to ensure adherence to specifications. * Liaise with suppliers for material sourcing, sampling, and production scheduling. * Maintain accurate records of inventory, production status, and cost tracking. * Support uniform fitting sessions and provide feedback for adjustments. * Ensure compliance with company standards and health & safety guidelines during production. * Prepare reports and updates for management on project progress and challenges. * Report directly to the Director of Uniform Design and liaise closely for approvals, guidance, and alignment on creative direction.   About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or related field preferred. * Minimum 3 years of experience in uniform production or garment manufacturing, preferably in hospitality or luxury settings. * Strong knowledge of garment construction, textile care, and production processes. * Proficient in Photoshop and MS Office; familiarity with CLO3D is an advantage. Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator is also considered beneficial. * Excellent organizational and communication skills.
