WHAT WE NEED:

We are adding a Senior Manager, Generative AI to our organization. In this role, you will bridge the gap between advanced AI technologies and practical business applications. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional initiatives, translate complex business needs into scalable AI solutions, and drive measurable value through the use of Generative AI.
You will play a pivotal role in identifying high-impact use cases across the organization, guiding AI development efforts, and ensuring alignment with key business objectives.

• Engage with business leaders to identify opportunities for Generative AI to solve real-world problems.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, translating business challenges into AI solution roadmaps
• Develop the architecture and framework for generative AI cloud-based applications, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and high-performing.
• Lead discussions with development teams to integrate generative AI models into enterprise applications.
• Create detailed design plans for AI-powered solutions, including selecting the appropriate generative AI models, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), ensuring proper deployment and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of AI models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Continuously monitor the performance of generative AI applications and recommend optimizations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding the adoption of generative AI tools and methodologies across the organization.
• Stay up to date with advancements in generative AI technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Identify and integrate the latest innovations into HNI’s generative AI ecosystem.
• Operate with a “risk-aware” mindset, anticipating and addressing potential challenges or unintended consequences of AI implementations.
