Buildable, a custom software development company based in McMinnville OR, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team and support the existing project managers. POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Project Manager duties include and are not limited to:

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure proactive communication with project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Monitor progress, track deliverables, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Ensure that project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Create/update weekly budget and status reports.
• Evaluate project outcomes and conduct lessons learned exercises to identify areas for improvement.
• Other tasks to support engineering and design teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving and growth mindset
• Fluent in English
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Must be fully eligible to work in the United States
• 3-5 years of tech industry experience (or equivalent demonstrable experience)
• Experience interfacing with customers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• BS in business administration, computer science, or related field
• Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of the Scrum framework

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
• Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and database management.
• Basic coding knowledge (e.g., Python, Java, or SQL).
• Experience with project management tools such as Airtable, Jira (desired, but not required)
