We are hiring for a full-time position at our prestigious clinic located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, serving a diverse and high-expectation clientele.

PATIENT EDUCATION & LONG-TERM RETENTION

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients
• Guide patients through their oral health and smile transformation journeys
• Emphasize the long-term value of esthetics, prevention, and maintenance
• Promote retention through personalized education and continued engagement
• Encourage patients to invest in both cosmetic outcomes and daily oral wellness

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• DHA Eligibility or License (mandatory)
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on clinical experience
• Postgraduate certification in Cosmetic or Aesthetic Dentistry (preferred)
• Strong smile makeover portfolio (required with application)
• Proven success in patient loyalty and recall strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and patient management skills
• Experience working with multicultural patient demographics
• Proven ability to work within a collaborative, referral-based team environment
