Identificar novas oportunidades de negócio em mercados de alto valor, antecipando tendências e preferências dos viajantes de luxo. Criar propostas comerciais personalizadas, que reflitam a exclusividade e o posicionamento do Vilalara Grand Hotel Algarve. Gerir o segmento de grupos, garantindo uma comunicação fluida e um acompanhamento impecável desde o primeiro contacto até à concretização. Representar o hotel junto de parceiros e operadores, transmitindo de forma autêntica o nosso ADN e elevando a visibilidade da marca em mercados seletos. Realizar site inspections e visitas personalizadas, transformando cada apresentação numa experiência memorável. Construir relações duradouras, garantindo uma abordagem consultiva e orientada para valor, em vez de volume. Participar em eventos, feiras premium e roadshows segmentados, fortalecendo a presença do Vilalara no universo do turismo de luxo. Acompanhar métricas e resultados comerciais, analisando oportunidades de crescimento e ajustando estratégias quando necessário. Colaborar com Marketing na criação de ações que reforcem o posicionamento premium e aumentem a captação de segmentos estratégicos. Requirements Experiência prévia em vendas, MICE e funções comerciais na área da hotelaria/turismo no segmento de luxo. Excelente capacidade de comunicação, negociação e relação interpessoal. Organização, atenção ao detalhe e capacidade de gerir múltiplos projetos. Boa capacidade de escrita e fluência em português e inglês (outras línguas são valorizadas). Domínio de ferramentas de gestão comercial, CRM e Office. Disponibilidade para horários flexíveis e participações pontuais em eventos externos.
