Summary Job Statement: The purpose of this position is to produce, analyze risks, broker, and manage a book of business with primary emphasis on writing new business. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; strong decision-making skills, and the ability to bring creativity to brokering risks is important. A strong work ethic, good organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team environment is critical. Must have the ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with peers, clients, carriers, and industry personnel.
