These will be your tasks:

• Ensuring a stable flow of goods for assortment items, controlling range and turnover including creation/scheduling of supplier orders in ERP/SAP S/4HANA as well as coordination with suppliers regarding dates and quantities.
• Planning and coordination of container transports (sea freight, FCL/LCL) including pre- and post-carriage management and scheduling to central warehouses, management of customs clearance for imported goods and maintenance of market delivery calendars (delivery frequencies, tours, time windows) – in coordination with freight forwarders, customs service providers, logistics and markets.
• Preparation and operational implementation of campaigns, final distributions and ensuring the availability of goods at the start of the campaign, including handling in case of delivery delays.
• Monitoring of product range and promotions via reports, analysis of deviations (OOS, overstocks, realization rates) as well as network capacities (warehouse, transport, ramp/time slot utilization) including derivation of measures to avoid bottlenecks.
• Maintenance of SAP master data and participation in the improvement of operational processes.

You bring the following:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in logistics / supply chain management – ​​or a comparable qualification.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in scheduling, as a supply chain coordinator or in district/branch management.
• Solid knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Analytical thinking and a confident handling of key figures, reports and forecasting methods for optimizing the supply chain.
• A structured, solution-oriented and proactive way of working.
• Strong team orientation and communication skills.
• Advantageous: Knowledge of customs clearance and international trade (Incoterms, import duties, possibly ATLAS/EORI) as well as experience in transport and container management (sea freight, FCL/LCL)
• Fluent German and good English skills.
