Hours of work are: Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 2:30am Things you will do: · Provide top-notch, high quality customer service to all Magnum customers (internal and external) · Ability to effectively analyze and respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion · Document customer concerns accurately and effectively relay all details to maintenance · Escalate issues that are outside of the standard scope of work as required · Ability to analyze mechanical information provided by the mechanics and enter information into the system with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy · Responsible for retrieving parts required for repairs and maintenance and interacting with Mechanics · Conduct parts research, identification and order activities for internal and external customers · Perform warehouse activities in support of internal and external customers · Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task as required in a fast-paced work environment · Generate and prepare required documentation for maintenance work to be performed · Communicate directly with customers in person, via phone and by email where required · Assist with the retrieval of parts required to perform services as required for the maintenance team · Finalize customer orders after services have been performed and submit to management for approval in a timely fashion · Monitor and respond to activities at the service counter including customer contact and parts · Responsible for accepting and managing customer payments for services performed · Project a professional image that positively represents the Company to internal and external customers · Perform other duties as required What you have: 1.
