REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma.
• 3 years experience in food and beverage or customer service.
• Experience with a POS system.
• Experience managing a float.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, managers and associates.
• Must be able to reach, bend and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Must be willing to work in a remote location (2 hours north of Winnipeg)

ROLE PROFILE – BARTENDER/SERVER

We provide our guests with efficient and friendly food and beverage service while following the policies and procedures of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• knowledgeable about beverage menu and perform efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Prepare alcoholic beverages for guests that are delicious and aesthetically appealing.
• Be enthusiastic, outgoing, positive and upbeat.
• Accommodating and willing to go the extra mile.
• Ability to build relationships with guests and create an air of familiarity.
• Prompt guest greeting.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Table service (taking orders, answering menu and beverage inquiries, explaining daily – features
• Placing orders with kitchen & running food to tables.
• Quality checks.
• Processing bills and taking payment.
• Handling guest concerns with the support of the management team.
• Effectively organizes, cleans and restocks bar area.
• Manage cash float and balance after each shift.
• Takes multiple drink orders from multiple servers at one time.
• Performs opening and closing task checklists.
