Own the analytics roadmap and sprint planning processes. Balance quick wins with long-term capability building in line with evolving business needs. Analytics & Insight Generation Drive complex data modelling and advanced analytics initiatives (including statistical modelling, forecasting, and clustering) to identify trends, optimize performance and drive growth. Lead the development of data visualization strategies, dashboards, and KPIs that deliver actionable insights and drive strategic business decisions. Translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for executive leadership and key stakeholders. Data Infrastructure & Governance Own the development, reliability, and scalability of the company’s data infrastructure, including the data warehouse, ETL/ELT pipelines, and source system integrations. Ensure data accuracy and consistency while adhering to compliance and governance standards. Maintain documentation for data architecture, processes, and analytics methodologies.
