Description du poste Aperçu du poste : Relevant du Directeur d’usine, le/la Superviseur Maintenance est responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la supervision des activités de maintenance des équipements de Boucherville et l’entrepôt de Montréal. Il/elle assure la fiabilité des installations, gère les opérations quotidiennes et mobilise une équipe de techniciens de maintenance, tout en favorisant une culture axée sur la santé et sécurité, la collaboration et l’amélioration continue. Responsabilités : Planifier, organiser et superviser les activités de maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements. Assurer la fiabilité des installations et la disponibilité des équipements pour soutenir la production. Gérer les budgets opérationnels et d’investissement (CAPEX) ainsi que les inventaires de pièces. Coordonner les interventions avec la production et superviser les sous-traitants. Mobiliser et encadrer une équipe de techniciens, assurer la qualité du travail et le respect des politiques. Promouvoir un environnement sécuritaire, participer aux inspections SST et appliquer les mesures correctives. Agir comme agent de changement dans les projets d’amélioration continue et optimiser les processus. Participer activement aux réunions de production pour communiquer les enjeux et planifier les interventions. Assurer la conformité des équipements selon les normes en vigueur. Assurer la gestion des réparations et de l’entretien préventif de la flotte de chariots élévateurs afin de garantir leur performance et leur disponibilité. Développer et mettre en œuvre des procédures pour améliorer la performance et réduire les temps d’arrêt. Former et accompagner les techniciens pour renforcer leurs compétences techniques et leur autonomie. Qualifications 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en supervision de maintenance en milieu manufacturier. Formation technique ou baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent. Solides compétences en leadership, communication et organisation. Connaissance des environnements manufacturiers, des programmes de maintenance industrielle et des pratiques SST. Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office) et des logiciels de maintenance (CMMS). Expérience avec un ERP (SAP serait un atout majeur). Capacité à lire des plans mécaniques et électriques; connaissance des systèmes pneumatiques. Bilinguisme (français et anglais).
