As a Sales Operations Lead at Verafin, reporting to the VP of Sales, you’ll be a strategic force behind our growth in the Anti-Financial Crime and SaaS space. A "hands-on" Sales Operations Lead is a professional who not only manages and optimizes sales processes, tools, and strategy but also directly implements these changes and handles day-to-day tasks to support the sales team. This dual role involves a mix of strategic planning, data analysis, and tactical execution, such as customizing CRM systems, building reports, and providing direct assistance with training and process improvements. By partnering across Sales, Sales Development, Finance, and Compliance, you’ll drive scalable improvements, deliver high-impact reporting, and foster collaboration that propels our strategic goals forward. Success in this role means delivering exceptional work, building enduring playbooks, and helping shape the future of our revenue operations.
