The Supervised Lead Therapist is responsible for assisting the supervising Sr. Behaviour Consultant/Behaviour Analyst (BCBA/RBA) with the implementation of assessments, program development and supervision of ABA treatment programs for youth and adults with dual-diagnosis, ASD, other developmental disabilities, or other learning and behaviour needs. The position also supports in the supervision of the treatment team assigned to each clients’ case to help ensure that Monarch House provides high-quality evidence-based services. Job Type: Part-time. Hourly. Wage: 23.5 - 30/hr Work schedule: Weekdays, evening sessions till 7:30PM in the Toronto (Central) and Markham area Saturdays till 4PM Work setting: Travel to the community is expected in this role.
