The Sales Agronomist will utilize their demonstrated skills in questioning, active listening, agronomy and business to uncover solutions that meet the needs of the retail and farm customers. The Sales Agronomist will work in close cooperation with the other team members in the defined territory to actively pursue opportunities to position Yara’s crop nutrition solutions through meeting with retailers, consultants, setting up demonstration trials, attending or organizing field days, trade shows and farmer meetings, as well as bring farmer and retail insight into the development of new products and services. Develop relationships with customers and determine needs through demonstrated sales skills Drive sales by creating demand at the retail and farmer level and execute on the business plan in the defined territory.
