Job Description: West Area Sales Director
Reports to: VP of Sales

SUMMARY:

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Director at CorVent Medical Inc. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, pipeline development, managing customer service activities, leading and developing sales teams, and driving business development strategies to achieve revenue goals. The primary responsibility is to market and sell all products and services which have received FDA clearance, for the regions or territories under your responsibility. You will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring and building an exceptional sales team fully capable of meeting all functional and strategic objectives. You will provide strategic and tactical direction in the management of your team and meeting your sales objectives as assigned by the Company.

CUSTOMER AND SELF EDUCATION

• Work closely with the training and education team to ensure customers both installed and new customers are trained and educated to the highest standards.
• Participate and stay current on all company training.
• Participate and ensure compliance with all regulatory training and materials.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales, Business Development, and Sales Operations skills
• 5-10 Years Medical Capital Sales Experience
• Customer Service and Team Management experience
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree or related field
• 75% Travel

  Pay: $125,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
