  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Service Managements im Bereich von E-Mail Frontend insbesondere Mailzugriff auf hochmobilen Endgeräten entlang des gesamten Service-Lifecycle
  • Gestaltung, Pflege und Optimierung von Service Prozessen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen und Wissensdatenbanken
  • Steuerung, Koordination und fachliche Führung des virtuellen, interdisziplinären Service-Teams
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reports und Berichten
  • Durchführung der servicebezogenen Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie Mitwirkung in Projekten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Service auf Basis von Kundenanforderungen und CSI-Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung im Service-Umfeld
