CPA certification or equivalent experience in accounting, audit, financial operations, or ERP consulting. Practical experience performing revenue recognition using Excel and/or ERP systems. Thorough understanding of the finance function, including the priorities and operations of controllers (such as close cycles, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable hygiene). Comfortable managing deal cycles exceeding $75k and navigating multi-stakeholder purchasing processes. Experience supporting customers in global markets, particularly in North America. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate the rationale behind solutions beyond just the implementation details.
