Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain one in 6 months from date of hire  10 to 15 years of experience with Communications systems design, including many of the following: outside plant works, inside plant works, networks, telephony, security systems, public address/VMS, SCADA, radio and wifi in the railway or similar environment.    Thorough understanding of the relevant European railway standards (EN, IEC, UIC and etc.) and North American standards (BICSI et al) Experience with North American and/or European transit/transportation industries is highly desirable.     The following skills/experience is a plus: RCDD certification CAD tools (AutoCAD/MicroStation), BIM tools (Civil 3D and REVIT) Analysis and modeling tools such as EASE, AXIS site designer, RF/microwave design software etc. Experience in field testing of Communications Systems Knowledge of current Cyber Security practices Project management experience     Base salary range: $130,000 - $180,000   At Hatch, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
