JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing teams. This executive role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, enhance brand presence, and improve customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, marketing, and technology sales; cross border experience, english/spanish language, comfortable with travel within US and Mexico a plus. 4-year business degree and 10 years experience preferred.

  • Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record in B2B sales environments.
  • Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Expertise in services and/or technology sales. Proposal / RFP responses and target marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
