JOB SUMMARY
Director Marketing & Fulfillment Health Plan plans, directs, and coordinates marketing and fulfillment functions for the health plan of Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH), including, marketing and brand strategy, digital marketing, member-facing communications, and other member fulfillment programs. Develops and implements marketing plans to achieve annual and long-term membership goals of the health plan. Advances the BSWHP brand, visual identity, and its promise to members through the development of advertising, marketing, communication, and fulfillment tactics for all lines of business, including Medicare, Medicaid, Group Commercial, and Single/Family. Responsible for the member communication process and ensures marketing materials, service offerings, and other key messages related to BSWH health plan are clearly communicated to members. Partners with sales, underwriting, product development, legal, compliance, enrollment, and other departments of the health plan to guide, coordinate, and execute marketing and communication of the plan to members. Designs and delivers marketing and fulfillment programs that increase customer awareness and preference for the health plan and drive growth and new business to BSWH.
