QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in sales, business development, and/or customer relationship building
Highly organized with good time management and follow-up habits
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and be coachable
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace, and/or CRM systems (training provided)
Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote or hybrid team

Conduct research to identify new markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities
Assist in lead generation through email outreach, calls, trade platforms, and social media

Participate in sales calls, presentations, and product demos with senior team members
Support the sales and marketing teams in executing outreach campaigns and promotions
