Compass Early Learning and Care Kirkfield is a newly established program located in the quaint town of Kirkfield, approximately 39 kilometers from Lindsay, Ontario. The center will include rooms for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, offering care and learning opportunities for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
At Compass ELC Kirkfield, we are looking for excited, passionate, and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educators who will be a part of building the culture and environments within this new program. As an RECE, you will spend your time engaging, connecting, and learning alongside children, families, community partners, and co-workers. You will work alongside the infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. You are passionate about early learning and care, play-based learning, emergent curriculum, and lifelong learning. You are energetic, resourceful, and creative in your pursuits of creating learning opportunities, building connections, and engaging with children and families.
These roles will work within the infant, toddler, and preschool rooms for 35 to 40 hours per week. Hours will be based on program needs and funding. Shift start and end times will fluctuate within the team and will fall within the program hours of 6:30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
