This role is responsible for leading field crews while actively driving commercial plumbing work through customer consultations, estimating, and relationship building with property managers, general contractors, and commercial clients. The Commercial Plumbing Foreman plays a key role in identifying opportunities, developing project scope, presenting pricing, and supporting the close of commercial plumbing projects, while ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with code and contract requirements. This position requires a confident, customer-facing professional who can represent the company in the field, manage multiple commercial projects, and balance sales responsibilities with hands-on leadership and technical expertise. This role is based in San Angelo, Texas and serves the surrounding area. Candidates must be willing to relocate to San Angelo, TX.
