Are you a mental health therapist with a passion for thinking outside the box with your interventions? Do you prefer to combine traditional therapy methods with holistic interventions such as mindfulness, meditation, nutrition, and exercise?
At Preveiling Touch, we practice transpersonal therapy. This is a more holistic approach to therapy that emphasizes the role of a healthy spirit to healing in addition to addressing mental, physical, and emotional needs.
We practice therapy in a very down to earth, calm, welcoming environment reminiscent of a quaint tudor village. We specialize in working with teens and adults, up to age 63. We accept multiple medicaid and commercial insurance plans, as well as private pay clients. We embrace everyone’s uniqueness, clients and staff alike.

We are seeking a mental health therapist to join our wellness center. This is for a 1099 full-time contractor position. We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Social Work
• LSW (required) or LISW (preferred) credentials
• Unrestricted license
• Willing to complete a background check
• Two years minimum experience working with adults and adolescents in a therapeutic capacity
• Must utilize a holistic approach to therapy
• Prefer candidates who possess an understanding and implementation of transpersonal therapy or must have a willingness to learn

The following are the job responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining client records, performing mental status exams, developing treatment plans, and performing clinically based interventions for mental health concerns
• Perform basic computer tasks on Google Chromebook as well as utilize an electronic health record for documentation
• Comfortable providing in-person and telehealth sessions
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 30 one-hour appointments per week
• Willing to work some evenings and/or Sundays to meet client needs, but there is flexibility with building out your own schedule

• We compensate you for your work, every two weeks, including payments for no shows/late cancellations (with commercial insurance plans)

A little more about us: Preveiling Touch is located in the Franklin Square Office Center, 8401 Claude Thomas Rd, Ste 29, Franklin, OH 45005. Our entrance is under the clock tower and faces the Knight’s Inn. Our office complex is unique in that it will remind you of a quaint German village with many Tudor and cottage style buildings. We offer both in person and telehealth therapy appointments. We utilize many different modalities including transpersonal therapy, CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and emotionally focused therapy.
