About the Role
This role supports Modelling Team to prepare and maintain accurate actuarial model to perform projections and valuation according to business needs, regulatory and company guidelines. Review the processes and look for enhancements to the procedure controls and operational efficiency Accountable to plan and execute the tasks assigned by supervisor with the aim to complete them as per planned schedules in an efficient manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Prophet Promise Modeling

• Plan and work efficiently to ensure timely completion of Promise Model development, enhancement, maintenance and deployment of latest models.
• Provide support in resolving Prophet and DCS related issues and errors.
• Ensure the work prepared meet the user requirements and meet the controls and documentation requirement for model change.
• Provide in-source service to support the Model Development for Takaful business and support in resolving Prophet related issues and errors on Takaful Promise models.
• Attend to auditors’ requests/queries on Model Change control and documentation within agreed deadline/ turnaround time.
• No material audit issues on Model Change Process.

Others

• Ensure timely delivery and ongoing maintenance & update of valuation data. · Attend to internal/external requests/queries within agreed deadline/turnaround time.
• Provide support on ad-hoc reporting/experience analysis as and when needed.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science and pursuing Actuarial Professional Exam in any actuarial professional body.
• A good team player who is keen to learn and able to work independently. · Knowledge of Prophet modelling and programming skill
• Good technical and analytical skills
• Proactive, highly motivated, results oriented and solutions focus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
