RESPONSABILIDADES: Receber e conferir insumos através das notas fiscais e pedidos de compra; Conferir e armazenar os certificados de qualidade dos insumos, conforme o procedimento pertinente; Distribuir os insumos para os laboratórios a partir das solicitações feitas; Conferir as requisições dos materiais através das descrições e códigos dos mesmos e dar baixa no sistema; Realizar o fechamento mensal do estoque dos laboratórios através da contagem dos insumos, acertos e envios de relatório mensal; Organizar os insumos nos estoques conforme a chegada dos mesmos; Realizar o diferimento de padrões através do lançamento das notas fiscais no sistema; Transferir insumos entre os laboratórios conforme demanda de cada um deles; Entrar em contato com a área de Compras e fornecedores para solicitar certificados de qualidade quando estes não acompanharem os insumos; Entrar em contato com a área de Compras para verificar os pedidos com algum tipo de ocorrência; Executar outras atividades correlatas, conforme necessidade, ou a critério de seu superior.
