Foiegwa recherche un(e) Chef(fe) de Partie - section chaud avec expérience pour se joindre à notre équipe du soir.

DESCRIPTION DES TÂCHES:

  • Avant le service : aménager et préparer sa section de travail, recevoir, contrôler et entreposer les aliments, les préparer selon les procédures mises en place.
  • Pendant le service : organiser et coordonner le travail des commis, réaliser les plats en fonction de la carte, dresser les assiettes et vérifier les préparations avant l’envoi en salle
  • Après le service : effectuer le rangement et le nettoyage des aires de travail et des appareils et signaler les produits manquants.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES:

  • 2 ans d’expérience en cuisine
  • 1 an d’expérience dans un poste similaire

Responsibilities
