SALARY GRADING FOR THIS ROLE - £16.35 PER HOUR

We are looking to appoint an experienced Part Time Trainer, to join our training team to ensure that the training process is followed from induction, through to shadowing and ongoing annual mandatory training. The Part Time Trainer will ensure that the workforce has been adequately trained and are enrolled onto RQF programmes in a timely manner. The Part Time Trainer will also have oversight of workforce qualification progress and provide support and guidance to ensure that training and workforce development targets are met. The Part Time Trainer will equally be conducting face to face training on a weekly basis and keeping the training matrix up to date.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TRAINER

• Support staff through their personal development plans.
• Induct new staff into the business.
• Support staff to achieve the training learning outcomes through action planning, assessment feedback and portfolio building.
• Produce an action plan for the completion of the qualification programmes with the learners.
• Input onto the company and other databases where required all short and full course bookings and ensure these are kept up-to-date.
• Evaluate all short course evaluations and report back appropriately.
• Producing statistics as required by the Senior Management.
• Process paperwork for all completed courses.
• Deliver in-house training.
• Support in-house assessors.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR THE TRAINER ROLE INCLUDES:

· Qualified to a minimum NVQ/QCF Level 3 with Train the Trainer qualification.
· Possess a warm, mature, good interpersonal skills, and good verbal and written communication skills.
· Confident in face to face and remote delivery.
