The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional technology initiatives, manage end-to-end POS projects, and ensure seamless integration of IT solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of POS system implementation and upgrade projects across multiple franchise locations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Marketing to align IT solutions with business objectives. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee third-party service providers for POS hardware and software. Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance with data privacy and security standards. Provide technical leadership and support for store-level IT infrastructure, including network, hardware, and troubleshooting software. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures. Analyze business requirements and recommend technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Monitor and manage IT budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation.
