Responsibilities and Duties OCT is seeking a Closeout Specialist with 3-10 years of relevant experience in federal acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in closing a wide range of contract types, including firm-fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, time and materials, labor hour, and hybrid contract variants. A strong understanding of federal procurement regulations and procedures is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple contract closeouts efficiently and accurately. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams and government clients.
