Must be at least 18 years of age and 21 years or older for some sites High School Diploma or GED Passion for Helping Others: Experience with mental health conditions (e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety) is a plus. Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
