REPSONSIBILTIES:

• Manage daily pantry operations including inventory control, ordering supplies, stocking areas, and ensuring quality standards
• Proactively identify and address culinary program issues, coordinating with leadership and vendors when escalation is needed
• Regularly inspect and do floor walkthroughs to ensure that cleaning, food, and other services meet out s tandards to ensure client receives high quality service
• Build and maintain productive relationships with third-party vendors and service partners
• Develop meaningful relationships with Client employees and guests and maintain high visibility throughout the workplace
• Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries, troubleshooting issues and collecting feedback relating to workplace services

We’re looking for someone who:

• Experience in the hospitality, facilities, property management or food and beverage
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality
• Strong ability to prioritise , manage time efficiently, and delive r results in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to new technology or experienced with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams as well as working independently
