Onze topverdieners verdienen tot €4500 per maand, inclusief basissalaris en onbeperkte commissie. Een voorproefje van wat je gaat doen: Onze BDM’s zijn verantwoordelijk voor het algehele succes van hun regio. Je belangrijkste taak is het uitbreiden van je klantenportefeuille door middel van nieuwe zakelijke verkopen – dit zal waarschijnlijk ongeveer 80% van je tijd in beslag nemen. Daarnaast blijf je relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met bestaande restaurantpartners om hen te helpen groeien en succesvol te zijn. Een typische week kan er zo uitzien: • Van maandag tot en met vrijdag in het veld om nieuwe zakelijke afspraken en accountbeheer binnen je regio bij te wonen. • Werken aan dagelijkse KPI’s en maandelijkse verkoopdoelstellingen! • De verkoop en winstgevendheid van bestaande klanten optimaliseren – upselling, problemen oplossen en voortdurende ondersteuning bieden. • Je wordt ondersteund door een telesalesteam dat afspraken voor je boekt, maar om echt succesvol te zijn in deze rol, moet je ook zelfverzekerd en proactief zijn in het genereren van je eigen leads en afspraken.
