Introduction We’re looking for an experienced supernumerary Clinical Lead to lead the clinical management at Castle View, Dorchester, our dedicated dementia nursing home with a reputation that is second to none. Our residents live with moderate to high frailty needs and a diagnosis of dementia. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the best clinical care for residents while promoting their continued wellbeing and independence through delivery of our dementia strategy. You’ll lead the clinical team, working with Nurses to drive forward the clinical excellence in the home, engaging with external agencies as and when required to ensure the best possible care for our residents. You’ll be responsible for the clinical governance, undertaking audits supported by Clinical and Quality Managers. In addition, you’ll have a key role in the development of your nurse team and support of student nurses on placements.
