MHLD LIAISON TEAM LEADER – BAND 7

Staff Partners are currently seeking experienced and passionate MHLD Liaison Team Leader to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• NMC-registered RMN/ OT/ Social Worker
• Experience in senior level band 7 experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Empathy, resilience, and a genuine passion for making a difference.

• Manage staff attendance, performance, development, disciplinary and grievance issues within the service.
• Manage sickness and absence and demonstrate annual reductions. Refer staff to Occupational Health where appropriate in line with Trust policy.
• Identify appropriate tasks and activities to be delegated to a range of team members ensuring that staff have the appropriate skills and support to take these activities on. Ensure regular evaluation of these tasks and activities is undertaken e.g. undertaking a specific audit.
