As the Field Service Engineer, you will oversee the technical support operations, ensure efficient triage meetings, manage equipment updates, share critical information, plan training sessions, and develop the escalation process. This role requires close collaboration with country-level experts and the Global Tech Support team to effectively address and resolve technical issues.
