Key Responsibilities

• Under limited supervision, prepares application drawings utilizing Aluma Products.
• Under limited supervision, develops working details and drawings based on conceptual designs
• Prepares accurate calculations using standard engineering methods and utilizing design software if necessary.
• Review and approve application drawings prepared by others for simple to medium complexity projects.
• Recommends solutions and makes decisions based on independent studies and analyses.
• Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established engineering procedures.
• Occasionally visits construction sites.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor degree in engineering / Applied Science or equivalent.
• Has a little to no prior experience.

Language Skills

• The job requires good written and oral communication skills (English) to convey facts and information clearly.

Computer Skills

• Sound working knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit/Inventor software and MSOffice.
• Good knowledge of basic structural analysis software
• Commitment to professional career development
• Demonstrated team work and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to work collegially with sales personnel and others to provide customer-focused engineered solutions in the rental and/or sale
• of forming, shoring and scaffolding products.
• Ability to prioritize own tasks efficiently and effectively
