Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Part-Time Pharmacist to join our team at Pharmasave Rieprt in Kitchener, Ontario. Patient Focused Care Responsibilities: Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
