• 1 to 5 years of related construction and or engineering field experience.
• APEGA certification for CET or P.Eng recommended when applicable

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

In response to strategic growth, we are currently seeking a Field Engineering Site Supervisor to join our Edmonton team.
This role sits within our global business area Places. We work with our clients around the world to create, support, and enhance smart, safe and sustainable places where people live, work, learn and thrive. Places impact on the quality of people’s lives. Whether new homes, shops, workplaces, schools and hospitals, manufacturing, research and development facilities, or data and distribution centers. People and communities thrive when the spaces in which they live, work, move and play are designed and managed in a way that best meets their needs.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Site survey/as build
• Survey Point generation and grade sheet creation.
• Liaise with contractor for construction process and survey needs.
• Establish/confirm quantities for progress claims.
• Update project engineers/managers.
• Attend site meetings.
• Provide as built surveys to engineer, including site topos.
• Prepare all CCC packages for submission.
• Coordinate CCC inspections and report to engineer.
• 1-2 neighbourhood overall for site management.
• Coordinate 1-5 survey assistants.
• Complete regular site inspection reports/monitoring.
• Observe site and inform engineer of potential issues.
• Construction monitoring for QA/QC.
• Miscellaneous to assist in project administration
