Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to identify and implement solutions. Lead cross-functional teams for new product introductions and manufacturing process changes. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues. Research and recommend techniques, tools, and methods to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturability. You have: Post-secondary accreditation in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and change management principles; Six Sigma certification is an asset. Strong knowledge of process equipment, controls, and ERP systems, with advanced MS Office skills.
