This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hands-on environment where your ideas and technical expertise help shape the foundation of our success.  About the Role: The Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. The hands-on Maintenance Manager will oversee and perform troubleshooting and repair activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. This role requires collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams to support process improvements and equipment upgrades. Ultimately, the Maintenance Manager ensures that all maintenance activities contribute to a safe, reliable, and productive manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. * Perform and oversee troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. * Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to proactively address equipment issues. * Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. * Perform small automation changeovers. * Repair chillers, thermolators, loader systems, grinders and resin dryers. * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvements. * Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. * Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
